• Audit requests from the website form: your email, company, cloud provider and message. We use them to reply and run the audit you asked for (your request; legitimate interest).
• Account data: email, organization name and a bcrypt hash of your password. Needed to provide the dashboard (contract).
• Cluster data sent by the agent: namespace names, schedules, time zones, sleep times, savings figures and unused AWS resource IDs. Needed to provide the service (contract). The agent never sends pod specs, environment variables, Secrets or logs; see the security overview.
• Technical data: IP addresses are used in memory to limit sign-in attempts and may appear in server logs, which are size-limited and rotated automatically, to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

We set one cookie, co_session, only when you sign in, to keep you signed in for up to 14 days. It is strictly necessary. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The service is hosted by [Hosting provider, e.g. Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany]. Account emails (password resets, notifications) are sent through Resend, from its EU region. If you connect Slack, reports go from your cluster directly to your Slack workspace. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Account and cluster data: while your account exists, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it. Audit requests: up to 12 months after our last contact. Backups roll over within 14 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere, by emailing mikheiljibuti@yahoo.com. We reply within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
